Welcome to the Kitchener - West Optimist Club
Kitchener West Optimist volunteers have been working within our community since 2003 towards our common goal of "Bringing Out the Best in Kids". We sponsor public speaking and spelling bee competitions, run an annual Bike Rodeo to teach children about bike safety, donate to various children's charities, and so much more.
Operating from September through June, our Business Meetings are the first Wednesday of each month @ 7:00pm at Winston Park. Our Dinner & Social Meetings are the third Wednesday of the month @ 6:30pm (location varies). Our membership encompasses both men and women from Kitchener, Waterloo, Elmira, Baden, Woodstock, Cambridge, and the surrounding area.
